This fixes a bug in the GCode Interpreter with synchronized IO (wait for bit) embedded in motion sequences with no other axis motion is involved

Supports use of Gampad with Lathe axis directions

Toggle GCode Block Delete Feature-Select GCode Lines, Right Click, Toggle Block
